We are proud to announce our new office is now open!
Affinity Mortgages started as a small mortgage brokerage in 2012 with just two people in a small broom cupboard in Hadleigh. We soon outgrew this cupboard and moved to arguably one of the most beautiful locations in and around Southend – Nelson Street. We had beautiful offices there which were steeped in history however tragically the building was involved in a fire and we all went to work in our Managing Directors kitchen for some three months whilst we found our new home. We moved to what felt like huge office space in Hamlet Court Road. However as the business continued to grow the space in this office sadly did not and it was time to start looking again.
At the start of 2019 we started to look for a suitable premises that could house us all and in an area that our clients would find convenient and we would remain visible to everyone.
This new office represents 8 years of incredibly hard work and about the most amount of disruption in terms of these premises moves (not mention a volatile market!) but we are supremely proud to announce that our new offices are now fully operational and open.

The offices are beautiful and we have private meeting rooms for either face to face or virtual meetings to take place with our clients.
We will be running networking events here and open days in the future for first time buyers, landlords, or aspiring developers as soon as it is safe for us and our clients to do so.
