Chris Bland

Chris is a career banker with over 35 years of experience working in the City of London. The last 25 of these were in the high-net-worth arena of private banking, developing his expertise in property lending. His role has included arranging funding for high value regulated mortgages, many development propositions, financing of buy to let portfolios and arranging bridging loans. These facilities have spanned borrowing in personal names, SPV’s, commercial entities and trust structures.

Chris is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and holds CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 which authorises him to give regulated mortgage advice.

Chris says that a lifetime of working with inspirational people has given him a breadth and depth of knowledge. This in turn allows him to put his extensive lending experience to good use by helping clients structure their proposals and source their debt requirements by providing an independent “banker’s view”.

Married with grown-up children and a MotoGP fan, when not walking the dog, Chris will be found pedalling (puffing up!) the Surrey Hills on his mountain bike.
